Our office is your attic! On the day of the exclusion, our team will begin the sealing process. We use zero foam or steel wool, only galvanized products meant to last and painted to maintain your curb appeal.

Sealing the home limits entry and exit from your home. By sealing the home, we control food and water preventing rodents and mammals from acquiring it. With no access to food and water, we control wildlife behavior and can begin the trapping process.

When the home is built, it typically isn't designed to prevent wildlife. That means your neighbors probably have them too! Eaves, Roof Vents, Garages, Weepholes, and AC Lines are all potential entry points. We rebuild these areas to prevent access for wildlife all while maintaining the features intended purpose. 

When we seal your home, we take your curb appeal into consideration. Wildlife has done enough to your exterior, we don't want to add to it. Our form fitted designs are paint matched to allow for discreet resolution to the issue.

Duration of the exclusion can vary based off the size of the home, condition, design, etc. The average 2000 sqft. Slab Foundation home can be sealed in 5-6 hours.
